Designed for optical communication systems, ETERN MEMS components adopt a unified non-latching driving design and diversified package forms. The product lineup covers MEMS VOA for optical attenuation, MEMS Switch for optical path switching, and MEMS TOF for wavelength tuning applications.

  • Operating wavelengths support 1310 / 1550 / 1625 nm for MEMS VOA and MEMS Switch products.
  • MEMS VOA supports up to 40 dB attenuation with supply voltage ≤ 6V.
  • MEMS Switch supports 1x2, 1x16, 1x32 and 1x64 configurations.
  • Non-latching design with good repeatability and low WDL.
  • Long durability up to ≥ 1×109 cycles.
