The FLS100C610S is a high-performance 100Gb/s CFP2 LR4 optical transceiver designed for long-reach 10km transmission over single-mode fiber (SMF). Built on the CFP2 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), this module offers a significant reduction in size and power consumption compared to the first-generation CFP, enabling higher port density in next-generation network equipment.
Engineered for mission-critical reliability, the FLS100C610S supports aggregate data rates up to 112Gbps, providing full compatibility with 100G Ethernet and OTN OTU4 optical transport protocols. By utilizing four high-precision LAN-WDM (LWDM) EML transmitters and PIN receivers, it ensures stable signal integrity over 10km distances, delivering a robust and cost-effective solution for carrier-grade core routers and metropolitan area networks (MAN).
