TFF Reliability test is based on Telcordia GR-2883-CORE, Generic Requirements for Fiber Optic Filters, published in 2013. In this test, includes high temperature storage(Damp Heat), 85℃ and 85%RH, which is called double 85 test also in the industry, it is a hard test in the 20 years ago cause of the poor test equipment, but now all are convenient and easy. In this paper, we pick the damp heat test data to show the perfect quality.

The test Conditions and summary is showing firstly as below table, after 1000 hours of temperature 85℃ and humidity 85%RH, all 11pcs samples have the stable performance in insertion loss, center wavelength.

And judged by this Pass/Fail Criteria.
