TFF Reliability test is based on Telcordia GR-2883-CORE, Generic Requirements for Fiber Optic Filters, published in 2013. In this test, the strict item is temperature cycling, so in this paper, we pick the temperature cycling test data to show the perfect quality.

The test Conditions and summary is showing firstly as below table, after 125 cycles of temperature from -40 to 85℃, all 11pcs samples have the stable performance in insertion loss, center wavelength.

And judged by this Pass/Fail Criteria.
