Wuhan, July 11, 2022, Etern Optoelectronics announce the release of a new WDM optics, 100G QSFP28 DWDM 80km transceiver, starts to offer certification samples for customers.
The 100G DWDM QSFP28 transceiver, PN FLS100C38aaabbb, is a hot-pluggable QSFP28 MSA form factor, it can transmit up to 80km over SMF with the amplifier and DCM in the link. It uses PAM4 modulation format on two wavelengths with 100GHz ITU DWDM wavelength grid compatible, each wave is 50Gbps, contains 2-lane optical transmitter, 2-lane optical receiver and module management block including 2 wire serial inter-face. The optical signals are multiplexed to a single-mode fiber through a dual CS connector.
Base on the latest technology, the key performance of OSNR is better, <29.5dB@-7~-13dBm, <26.5dB@0~-7dBm, so the link of 80~90km is possible to make. Meanwhile, Etern Optoelectronics provides the optimized version for the link distance up to 120km.
