The CWDM products of Etern Optoelectronics adopt CCWDM technology platform, to achieve more compact size and better insertion loss. It has been applied to the 5G fronthaul market in batches since 2021, and has quickly become the main supplier in the CWDM market. So far, it has delivered over 1 million channels in total. Moreover, it has excellent high reliability. According to the data feedback from customers in the market, the failure rate is less than 100ppm, while the market level of similar products is generally above 1000pm.

Excellent quality comes from Etern Optoelectronics' continuous intelligent automation investment and process optimization in CWDM production. At present, the intelligent automation of the whole process of Alignment, coupling, dispensing, UV bonding, testing and other processes has been realized. The CWDM device production capacity of Etern Optoelectronics has reached a higher level, which has broken through to more than 250 channels for a single 8-hour shift. The standard monthly production capacity of WDM components of Etern Optoelectronics Group has reached more than 300,000 channels.
