On September 6-8, 2023, the long-awaited 24th China International Optoelectronic Expo (CIOE 2023) was held in Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center with great success. Nearly 190,000 visitors attended the exhibition, and more than 3,000 upstream and downstream enterprises from the global optoelectronic industry chain gathered here, focusing on displaying materials, equipment, technology and complete sets of solutions, sharing and exchanging new technologies and new modes in the industry.

Commercial 100GHz & 50GHz DWDM TFF and DWDM WDM Assembly
Etern Optoelectronics 100GHz & 50GHz DWDM TFF is the core chip in dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) transmission network, which is widely used in OTN backbone, metro and 5G front-haul network, and the next-generation 50G-PON.Etern Optoelectronics is the first one who creates its own core technology in China, and invests heavily in multiple coating machines and auxiliary production and testing equipment. Athermal AWG
Athermal Arrayed Waveguide Grating (AAWG) launched by Etern Optoelectronics is based on planar optical waveguide PLC technology, independent core technology, from AWG chip design, wafer flow, sealing and testing, to the module design, coupling, sealing and testing, to achieve the whole process of localization of core technology. At present, we have mass production of 100GHz, 150GHz, single chip 50GHz for Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) multiplexing/demultiplexing system, which is characterized by low loss, high channel isolation, easy to use, long term stability and reliability, and compact size (Nano,Mini optional), and it has been widely used in global 5G front-haul and optical transmission networks.
Thin Film Filters(TFF ) for Biomedical and Automotive Radar Applications
Etern Optoelectronics has launched TFF for biomedical and automotive radar applications. The 400~850nm high transmission and high reflection filters for biomedical applications are used for laser transmission or reception, spectral and color separation applications, and EM 540nm/20 filters. 850nm, 905nm, 1550nm bandpass filters for automotive radar applications. The product features low loss, high channel isolation, commercial reliability, and flexible customization.
100G QSFP28 ER1 Optical Transceiver
Etern Optocom's 100G ER1 optical transceiver is based on 100G Ethernet rate, adopts QSFP28 form factor, and supports 4*25.78Gb/s rate on the HOST electrical interface side; the laser adopts 53GBaud Rate of EML PAM4 modulation mode with TEC, and supports the four types of wavelengths of 1295.56/1300.05/1304.58/1309.14 in LAN-WDM band. The detector adopts 53G baud rate APD solution. Support up to 40km single mode fiber (G.652) transmission distance. The transceiver comes with 100G RS FEC mode, 24-hour traffic frame service hangs without frame loss, and adopts a unique heat dissipation design to meet the commercial-grade temperature range of power consumption is less than 4.0W.
